Your tasks You support and accompany people with disabilities in everyday life – e.g. for shopping, for domestic activities or for hygienic care. You motivate to actively participate in leisure activities and promote participation in community events. You participate in the implementation of individual participation plans and orientate yourself to the personal goals of the people you care for. You promote social contacts by enabling and accompanying social encounters.
