We realize exciting projects with our renowned customer Airbus Aerostructures and are looking for the next time a motivated/n employee for the position as "Analysis Engineer (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Creation of certification reports (Check stress dossier / ACD's / IRD's) for aircraft primary structures
• Analysis and validation of metal, composites and hybrid structures for Static Strength and Fatigue and Damage Tolerance based on the currently valid methods
• creation of stress documentation as well as numerical and analytical calculation models
• Definition and coordination / active supplier management of external work packages
• Implementation of stress and fatigue analysis for in-service Repairs
• Technical contact and coordinator for manufacturing and Design in all questions of the task area
• Active coordination and cooperation with the interfaces such as Production, Program, Configuration and Claim Management, Customer interface
• Continuous improvement of technical processes and methods
• Coordination with internal and external customers

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of aerospace, Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Over 4 years of professional experience in Fatigue and Damage tolerance, aircraft construction and aerospace
• Basic knowledge of stress and fatigue in metal and Composite structures (aircraft fuselage) are desirable
• Good knowledge of analysis programs such as Hypermesh, Hyperview, Nastran and analytical calculation methods (HSB) etc.) are required
• knowledge of Airbus methods and processes are desirable
• Knowledge in Google Workspace, VBA and Python
• German and English skills
