Senior Consultant (m/w/d) (Job-ID 3929) Your new tasks

• Advice, support and support for executives as well as a defined group of employees in matters of personal relevance
• Implementation of personnel measures within the care area from recruitment, care and exit
• Implementation of the recruiting process (sighting and evaluation of incoming applications and implementation of interviews)
• Processing of administrative personnel topics (e.g. creation of work contracts and certificates, implementation of the onboarding process, etc.)
• Active design of personal business projects and special topics for the further development of HR processes

• Successfully completed business studies with a focus on staff and initial practical experience in human resources or commercial vocational training with multiannual experience in human resources management

• High service orientation and a proactive independent working method
• Reduced handling of the usual MS Office applications, SAP skills are desirable
