The way from one-man operation to the medium-sized company The company was founded in 1973 by the Glass Plant Builder Peter Heinrich. Since then, a medium-sized company with a team of more than 60 qualified employees has developed from the one-man company. Today, the family-run company is an important supplier for the semiconductor industry, the optoelectronics, laser technology, medical technology and measurement, control and control technology. You manufacture precise and tailored glass apparatuses made of quartz and borosilicate glass for our customers from industry and research. Based on technical drawings, you can edit the glass professionally on hand and table burners as well as on modern glass rotary benches. You are responsible for the independent quality control of your manufactured equipment and ensure that each piece meets the highest standards. In close coordination with the team, you will bring your expertise to continuously optimize manufacturing processes and perfectly implement customer requirements.

Their basis is a completed training as a glass-tool manufacturer (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You bring craftsmanship and ideally first experience in the processing of quartz or borosilicate glass. A precise, independent way of working according to technical drawings is just as good as your high quality awareness. As a reliable and dedicated team member you appreciate the collegial exchange. You have fluent German skills (C1) to ensure smooth cooperation.
