You serve and support the contractual partners assigned to you in the distribution of partners and provide technical and sales information in personal contact You are responsible for the acquisition and development of independent business partners within your care area You train our sales partners in relation to the product and tariff portfolio of WWK Your tasks also include the results of the sales partners you are looking for from quantitative and qualitative aspects. You report directly to the Head of the Sales Directorate.

You have a completed vocational training as a merchant for insurance and finance or an academic training You have already been able to gain relevant professional experience in the care of free financial service providers and have demonstrable successes in sales Ideally, you already have good contacts with brokers and multiple agents You convince with outstanding expertise in life insurance, fund products and occupational pensions You are extremely sales-oriented and have a high degree of persuasion and negotiation skills Good communication skills, safe occurrence, planning and organization skills as well as commitment are among your strengths Their working style is independent, solution-oriented and structured and characterized by flexibility A high load capacity and continuous readiness for further training complete your profile.
