Identification and exhaustion of cross- and upselling potentials to increase sales and strengthen customer relationships Data-driven definition of target groups and derivation of measures Participation in the strategic orientation of existing customer communication Development of KPIs for measuring efficiency and performance as well as deriving optimizations along the customer journey Structure, maintenance and development of data models, dashboards and reporting structures Creation of reports and performance evaluations for continuous evaluation and further development of customer retention measures Data-driven support for assortment decisions and marketing measures in the field of print mailing and newsletters

Completed studies or training in the field of business management, marketing or similar Relevant professional experience as CRM Manager or in a comparable position focusing on customer communication and communication Knowledge of CRM processes and their strategic orientation Analytical skills for evaluating data, creating dashboards and deriving action recommendations Safe handling of data models, KPIs and reporting tools Communication strength, team-oriented and structured working methods, self-initiative Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
