Head of Social Services – Refugee Accommodation (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, you take over the organizational and professional management of the care in our institution. These include in particular: Organisation and coordination of the accommodation of refugees and asylum seekers taking into account social and legal frameworks Implementation of the operator contract according to our order Ensuring basic material supply and co-designing of leisure and support services Professional and organisational leadership of the support team Service and holiday planning as well as contact person*in for employees Close cooperation with authorities, offices and external specialist services Interface function for main administration

Completed studies, preferably in social sciences, education, social sciences or comparable Ideally line experience, preferably in comparable work fields Knowledge of the political and social situation of important countries of origin is desirable Embossed intercultural competence and diversity awareness Experience in conflict management and mediation (e.g. through training or study content) High social competence, resilience and sense of responsibility Very good German as well as good English skills, further language skills are advantageous Secure handling of MS Office (especially Word and Excel) Willingness to participate in readiness
