Operations Specialist - Implementation New Financial Products (m|w|d)

For our team Operations – Derivatives & Collaterals we are looking for a personality that integrates new products and instruments end-to-end operatively into our process and system landscape. The aim of the role is the complete operational mapping of new instruments (cross product) across all relevant process steps and systems – from technical design to implementation and acceptance.

• Operative end-to-end Introduction of new products (value papers, derivatives, ...) incl. Integration into processes and systems (including SCD, SAP)
• Ensuring correct processing over the entire product lifecycle (including booking logic, events, collateral/cleaning)
• Coordination of requirements and implementation of solutions. You act as a central interface between investment teams, operations, IT and external partners
• Conception and development of processes and booking procedures
• Test management and test coordination within the Department of Administration
• Documentation of processes, technical requirements and tests

That's what you think:

• Multiannual experience in the KVG or Asset management environment, ideally in operations/back office as well as in the introduction of new products
• Very good understanding of end-to-end business processes incl. Data flows and system landscapes
• Experience in the design of operational requirements for technical implementations (process design, requirements, coordination with IT and accounting)
• Practice in test management (planning, coordination, documentation, acceptance) in cross-sector setups
• Embossed communication and coordination capability
• Analytical, structured operation and high quality standards
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
