Train Crew Trainer / Instructor in Berlin (m/f/d)

As part of the training team, you will prepare our train crews and our drivers: in practice and professionally, you will be able to use them in the company and you will use your knowledge to future colleagues. Through your trainings, you contribute directly to the safety, efficiency and service quality in railway operations. Our trainings take place in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt and Stuttgart. Organize and run our on-site trainings for train assistants:inside, train drivers:inside Develop and update training documents focusing on digital learning formats Conduct independent instruction and retraining according to current requirements Prepare theoretical and practical teaching units and carry them through Create and analyze learning success controls to ensure the quality of training Documenting and reflecting teaching results for continuous improvement Work closely with other trainers:inside to develop standards and content

Completed railway training with at least 3 years of professional experience in the railway sector Valid driving permission for trains for at least 2 years Experience as trainer:in, trainer:in or tester:in for train staff Safe handling of MS Office and interest in digital learning formats Very good German knowledge (min. C1) Teamability, social competence and strong communication strength Occasional readiness to travel within Germany
