Internship in IT Management (m/w/d)

As part of your internship, you support the Digitalization IT Act. They actively work on the development of a process for maintaining the archive as well as on the training of users. They collect and digitize the contract archive and categorize, classify and conquer the digital documents of purchasing and IT. They document the process and identify missing documents.

You have successfully completed your Intermediate School degree/(Fach)Abitur or are in an ongoing study in the field of BWL, business informatics or comparable. They have a high IT affinity and are safe in handling MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as Adobe and ideally a document management system. They ideally have prior knowledge of contract management. They are characterized by a careful, accurate functioning as well as your good organizational knowledge. Through your good communication skills, you make an effective contribution to teamwork and present results vividly. They convince by their high self-motivation and the ability to quickly work into unknown topics and tools. You have good knowledge of German and very good English in word and writing.
