Operating IT operation and support: First and second level support for all internal users (Windows workstations, Microsoft Office, Network, Printer etc.) Maintenance and administration of local IT infrastructure and virtual server environments Managing User Rights, Group Policy and Security Rules via Microsoft Azure License management for all software products used Administration and maintenance of the telephone system System migration and infrastructure projects: Conception and construction of a new SQL server environment Step-by-step modernization of the existing software landscape (update planning, rollout support) Monitoring backup strategies and IT security policies Interface function & digitalization: Technical support of the ERP interface and close cooperation with the external ERP software house (support, data flow, requirements) Contact person for specialist departments for IT-relevant questions about ERP and process digitalization Support in the introduction of new software solutions in various business areas

Complete training in IT (e.g. specialist in system integration) or comparable qualification Found experience in IT support and system administration (Windows server, Hyper-V, Microsoft Office, Azure AD) Knowledge of license management and IT documentation Experience in project work, ideally in the context of migrations or software launches Structured, independent operation and high process orientation Communication strength and ability to cooperate with external service providers Programming skills (e.g. Powershell, VBA or Python) are a big plus Ready to implement smaller adjustments or tools internally (no need, but strongly welcome)
