You assume the overall technical responsibility for subject-specific, business-critical applications (e.g. Procurement, Legal & Compliance, Reporting, Collaboration) throughout the entire life cycle – from selection and introduction/transition to operation You evaluate requirements together with the disciplines and derive the target architecture, orientated by “SaaS-first” or MSP Options You plan and control introduction, cutover and hypercare and ensure a clear transfer to the company (rolling, processes, support routes) Ensure integration into the existing IT landscape (e.g. SSO/IAM, interfaces, data flows, role and authorization concepts as well as technical documentation) – in compliance with technical and safety-relevant guidelines and in line with the cloud-first strategy You implement Security & Compliance by Design and anchor it sustainably (e.g. GDPR-compliant processing, audit trails, logging, recertifications) in close cooperation with Information Security You control external providers and internal stakeholders, take over SLA/KPI management and drive the continuous improvement of services (stability, performance, user experience) You establish and operate ITSM-based processes (Incident, Problem, Change), including escalation management and sustainable root management You are responsible for the release management and further development in coordination with the departments (backlog/priorization) as well as the coordination of tests and decreases

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics, IT-close BWL or a comparable qualification with relevant practice experience You bring several years of experience in the technical support of business applications in the SaaS and/or MSP environment, from introduction/transition to operation You bring a strong understanding of Service Excellence: You control SLA/KPIs, which means stable services, advance continuous improvements and work structured with ITSM processes (Incident/Problem/Change) You have very good knowledge of Identity & Access Management as well as SSO (preferably OIDC, depending on SaaS also SAML) including the connection to central identity provider – ideally Microsoft Entra ID You have experience with integration topics (APIs, interfaces, data flows) as well as operating principles such as monitoring/alerting and comprehensible logging You implement security and compliance tasks pragmatically, ideally you have experience in regulated environments (e.g. GDPR, GoBD) You work with specialist departments and external service providers – from control to clear communication to structured documentation – and are sure to work with tools like ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence or comparable solutions You bring a high degree of initiative and implementation strength and work constructively, team-oriented, with humor and joy at work You have very good English skills You do not meet all the criteria of the job ad, but do you want to be part of tk accelis?
