Independent implementation and coordination of a research project funded by the German Cancer Aid Planning, design and implementation of cell and molecular biological experiments Establishment and application of modern cell culture processes, including primary and genetically modified cell lines (GMOs) Implementation of database research, statistical analyses and scientific evaluations Application of immunocytochemical, histological and microscopic methods (including laser scan) Responsible organisation and coordination of laboratory operations including material management and personnel support Creation of third-party applications and participation in scientific publications

Degree in Biology and Life Sciences (Diplom or Master of Science) Promotion to Dr. rer. med. or Dr. rer. nat. Found experience in antibiotic-free cell culture and in the isolation of tumor cells Deep background knowledge of apoptotic signal transduction paths Safe handling of confocal microscopy Experience in database analyses and statistical evaluations Comprehensive knowledge of molecular biological and biochemical methods (e.g. FPLC, cloning, Western blot) Very good English skills in word and writing Routine presentation of scientific results at international conferences and congresses Convinced on the whole line -
