We are looking for an experienced IT governance manager (m/w/d) for our IT-Architektur und -Controlung department, who is actively contributing to the future of IT in a modern insurance company.

Further development and implementation of our IT governance framework (directives, roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes) based on the IT strategy Integration and coordination of all IT processes and quality gates taking into account the IT and business architecture Construction and maintenance of an IT control system with KPIs, reporting structures and regular reviews Cooperation or management of governance projects and strategic initiatives Advising management and IT leaders in governance issues Promoting governance confession through internal training, communication and coaching Active participation of processes and team structures in a growing environment

Completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in IT governance, IT management, compliance or process control – ideally in the financial or consulting industry Trusts with common frameworks, best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, BSI, DORA) Analytical and structured thinking capacity as well as the ability to convey complex situations according to target groups Communication strength, diplomatic skill and sovereign appearance to different stakeholders Team-oriented, independent and solution-oriented working at eye level
