Carrying out the treatment according to a medical arrangement (e.g.: wound care, injections, application of compression associations, measurement of vital signs, directing/delivery of medicaments) Implementation of basic care (e.g.: promotion of self-employment, body care, dressing and dressing, mobilisation, support in food intake) careful and conscientious guidance of care documentation Implementation of the advisory service according to § 37 para.3 SGB XI Control of care documentation and care planning/measure planning regular communication with the customer, relatives and other persons involved in the supply Implementation of care visas Implementation of initial visits to identify the need for assistance and the creation of structured information collection supervision, guidance, professional support and review of nurses Monitoring the professional integration of new employees according to the incorporation concept Review of care planning, maintenance documentation and evaluation of care processes
