Your tasks:

• Own-responsible and independent creation of drawings with Autodesk Revit, emphasis on house-technical installations for commercial or public real estate
• Implementation of design sketches and specifications of the technical or construction project management
• Modeling 3D models (BIM) from design to execution planning
• Creation and coordination of constructive details with specialist planners, construction managers and executive craft businesses
• In part or full time possible

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as a technical designer, designer, construction or building technician, studies of architecture or civil engineering
• Professional experience in technical building equipment desirable
• Possible good IT user knowledge (AutoCAD/Revit) and 3D modeling
• Interest in new technologies and planning methods (BIM)
• Competence in applied construction desirable
• Teamability and very good communication skills
• High care awareness and commitment
