Design and implementation of technical or system architectures and IT strategies Transfer of IT solutions and comments for our customers Technical responsibility for customer projects and for own product developments Control of our development teams or subprojects by agile and classic methods Participation in the development of technically innovative applications in the backend and front end sectors Management of (partial) projects at the local customer Discipline leadership of our development teams Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

A completed study of (economic) computer science, mathematics, economics or comparable vocational training At least five years of experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of a development team Teamability and a pronounced communication competence Enthusiasm and curiosity for innovation Wide experience in relevant technologies and methods (e.g. Spring, SpringBoot, Hibernate, Git, Jenkins or JUnit) Very good German skills (from C1 level) and English skills complete your profile
