As an electrical engine - operation and maintenance (m/w/d) you make an important contribution to the safe and reliable operation of our buildings. Your focus is on the testing and measurement of fixed installations and location-changeable equipment. In addition, you perform tasks in maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and plant expansion, document the work done and accompany technical improvements as well as external specialist companies. A qualification and practical experience as a person capable of testing for tests to protect against electrical hazards is advantageous. Still necessary technical qualifications can be acquired within the scope of the activity.

Your future operations and maintenance tasks

Implementation and documentation of initial, repetition and verification of stationary electrical installations and equipment Testing of mobile electrical equipment, equipment, connection lines and mobile equipment Conducting visual inspections, testing, functional testing and electrical measurements Assessment of electrical protection measures, measured values and test results Compilation of test reports and deficiencies reports as well as follow-up of deficiencies Collection of new plants and equipment and maintenance of the digital plant, equipment and test cataster Monitoring of test periods and planning and coordination of the necessary tests Maintenance, maintenance and repair of electrical installations and equipment Analysis and troubleshooting and systematic troubleshooting Implementation of electrical installations, changes and extensions in the defined area of responsibility Maintenance of technical documents, current schedules and plant documentation Monitoring and professional control of external electrical specialist companies and test service providers Participation in improving operational safety, plant availability and energy efficiency Compliance with current electrotechnical regulations and the occupational, health and fire protection requirements Participation in remunerated standby services, if necessary

Complete vocational training as an electronic engineer for energy and building technology, electronic engineer for operating technology, electrical installer or a comparable electrotechnical qualification Practical professional experience in testing, maintenance or maintenance of electrical installations and equipment Good knowledge of the testing of stationary electrical installations and local electrical equipment Safe handling of installation testing devices, device nests, multimeters and other electrotechnical measuring devices Ability to independently evaluate and understandable documentation of measurement and test results knowledge of the relevant electrotechnical regulations, safety regulations and recognised technical rules Experience in systematic troubleshooting and troubleshooting knowledge of current, installation and distribution plans Safe handling of digital testing and documentation systems Self-employed, structured and responsible work Teamability and binding communication with internal contact persons and external service providers readiness to continue professional training and to take over paid leave services
