The Division Manager “Ship Management and Planning Division” is responsible for the oversight of optimization of implementation maintenance and repair planning of the Royal Brunei Navy Fleet and the Special Boats and Crafts (approx. 140) with the respective team (> 25) on the Muara Naval Base. The Division Manager shall apply strategy value realization processes of assigned activities to achieve maintenance and repair deliveries within the approved scope, budget, and schedule. Principle accountabilities as Division Manager include: Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Tasks Defining relevant resources, material requisition, and documentation Coordination of the work tasks preparation but including not limited to: the resources (infrastructure, manpower, OEM and subcontractor) the requirements with the Heads of the respective Divisions, the warehouse management and the Navy.

Education: Mechanical, Electrical or Marine Engineer with master's degree or similar education Training in Maintenance planning as well as resource and material planning Training in Maintenance activities is of advantage Training in economic management is of advantage

Skills: Strong knowledge and understanding of ship building or other production industry value chain processes which includes but is not limited to job task, workflow, material flow and cost accounting and/or other production facilities is required Fluent in Technical English (written and spoken) Good knowledge of maintenance planning tools Good knowledge of engineering principles and techniques Cost awareness Good knowledge in ERP Systems (PSi Penta would be an advantage) and analysis Good knowledge of MS Office and common software applications Good knowledge of MS Office and common software applications (ERP System)

Experience: 5 years' professional experience in maintenance planning Experience in ship building industry, Ship Operations or aviation industry Experience in Maintenance on Vessels, Aircrafts or equivalents 5 years' professional experience in office management Experience with Government programs in the Asian Region of advantage
