Specialist*in Marktkommunikation Implementation of notifications and changes of suppliers for electricity and gas Processing of removals and clarification of open or unclear delivery conditions Complete processing of network and distribution-side market communication according to GPKE & GeLi Care and processing of market communication data (e.g. REMADV, master data changes) Monitoring and assignment of rejected paymentavis (REMADV) incl. clarification with market partners Bilateral clarification with suppliers for unclear or retroactive processes Supporting the measuring point operation, the remote reading (ZFA) and the measurement data management (MDM) Ensuring correct measurement and master data in all relevant systems (e.g. Wilken ENER:GY, BelVis, RUM, KIS) Ensuring master data equality across all energy systems Ensuring complete, fault-free and system-based correct processing of all energy processes Ensuring a smooth, law-compliant and efficient exchange of information between network operators, suppliers, customers and internal departments Communication with suppliers, network operators and internal departments Contract management incl. creation, maintenance and provision of Supplier Framework Contracts Measuring point and measuring frame contracts Communication of new or amended contracts to market partners

Graduated commercial training in the field of energy supply, e.g. as a merchant (m/w/d) energy industry, or in a municipal plant, e.g. as an electrician (m/w/d), plant mechanic (m/w/d) or mechatronic (m/w/d) etc. Knowledge of energy processes and regulatory requirements (GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM, AS4 etc.) Secure handling of MS Office and industry-specific IT systems (e.g. Wilken, Lima, Schleupen, SAP IS-U) Communication strength and service orientation Self-employed, structured working and team skills
