Senior Project Manager for Large-Scale Projects in Residential Building Renovation (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the renovation of major projects in the Berlin & Brandenburg area You coordinate planners, contractors and exporting companies with a view to the optimal implementation of construction and rebuilding measures You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Construction Project Management Team You accompany your projects from the design phase to the award of planning and construction services, take over their control and monitoring until the completion of the project with the associated acceptance and proper accounting You are responsible for the determination of defects and their elimination, while respecting the warranty claims You advise our property and asset management in solutions for modernization and maintenance, as well as external partners with your expertise as an architect or civil engineer You create budgets, compare offers and costs and resources and analyze cost-cutting potentials and successfully implement them You document the course of the project in the IT systems provided for it

You have completed your studies in the fields of architecture or civil engineering or are masters / technicians in the construction trade You have at least 15 years of professional experience in the project management of refurbishment projects of large buildings, know very well in German construction and already had personnel responsibility You are well organized, can structure themselves independently and are responsible You are communicative and reliable in handling our customers and companies You have good English skills in word and writing and good MS Office skills You bring a high level of sense of responsibility, team spirit and commitment You have a class B driving licence
