Your contribution to the tech service provider*in You have the end-to-end responsibility for all estate and attachment processes in a digitally embossed and regulatoryly demanding environment. You ensure that processes work efficiently, transparently and compliantly. - and you control these data transmissions with focus on the needs of our customers to continuously increase added value, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction. In doing so, you act as a central designer and connecting entity between disciplines, operational units, governance and management. You are responsible for the end-to-end processes for “Sustainable” and “Payment” – with the mandate to design them efficiently, modernly and in a regular manner along the customer journey. You drive forward the further development of our end-to-end processes - data-driven, customer-centred and technologically oriented (including self services, automation, AI). You take on the professional leadership as well as the ability of the sub-processors to ensure the role effectiveness along the end-to-end processes You ensure a robust process governance: clear roles, defined interfaces, audit-proof documentation and an effective control environment. You control KPIs, risks and performance with the help of a modern KPI/reporting dashboard. You play a central role in the networking of all stakeholders – from specialist areas to product teams to governance. You guide optimization initiatives (KVP) and prioritize them according to customer value, risk and cost-effectiveness. You coordinate audit and regulatory issues in the area of responsibility.

That's what you bring Multiannual experience in the estate and deposit area or banking process management, ideally in a regulated or digital environment. Very good understanding of process governance, regulatory requirements and internal control system (IKS). Experience in end-to-end process management and process modeling (e.g. with Signavio). Strong analytical competence and data miniset to control KPIs, risks and measures. Communication strength, enforcement capacity and joy in actively shaping change. Customer orientation and the claim to measurably improve processes.
