· As a working student in the area of Learning & Transformation, you support our internationally active training team in designing, preparing and implementing diverse training projects. · You support us in activities along the entire “learning value chain” from the collection and analysis of learning needs, the quality assurance of existing training offers and the development of new training scale names to follow-up and reporting · In addition, you will take independent activities in the field of portfolio management (analysis, harmonisation and further development of the training portfolio) and assist in target group-specific communication of the training offers. · You are in close contact with training colleagues, HR colleagues and executives in Europe Africa and support them in joint projects and training-related inquiries. · The maintenance and further development of our Learning Management System is one of your tasks.

· You are currently enrolled in an economic, psychological, social or comparable course of study (Bachelor or Master) and can support us for at least 20 hours a week for at least 6 months. · Ideally, you have already gained first experiences in the field of personnel development and training through internships or a student work. · You master MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) very well. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. · Users and administrator knowledge in a learning management system, especially cornerstone, are of advantage. · You work independently and convince with your commitment and reliability. · Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
