Complete training in a health profession (e.g. medical professionals) Safe handling of the current MS Office programs Experience in billing according to GOÄ and EBM desirable Teamability, commitment and flexibility Sovereign handling of telephone communication Kindness and helpfulness in dealing with patients, relatives and the team Organizational ability and good knowledge in medical terminology
