Monitoring, operation and operational supervision of building installations, in particular: Electrotechnical installations Building control technology (GLT) air conditioning systems (RLT) Cold and heating systems ensuring proper plant operation, including: Limit and operating hours monitoring Inspection and initiation of appropriate measures to eliminate disturbances Takeover of the function of the plant manager in representation of the electric master at the site Support of the building control centre Monitoring of the operation of all building equipment (electrical, heating, cold, ventilation, sanitary, safety, elevators, BHKW, NEA) Initiation of troubleshoots at all plants Creation of technical reports Monitoring and implementation of maintenance tasks on building equipment Participation in reconstruction work Instruction, supervision and coordination of foreign companies in the absence of a foreign company coordinator Implementation of small repair work on domestic and electrical installations Performance of tasks for effective management of building technology Takeover of plant responsibility for all industrial plants according to the Representation Chain
