As part of our HR Process Management team, you will develop innovative solutions to optimize our HR processes together with the specialist areas. Your focus is on the integration of AI, digitalization and automation, especially in administrative and charge-relevant areas. We take over HR projects and implement them in the team to continuously increase the efficiency and quality of our People Services. Our commitment and ambition are driving us.

What you do with us:

Process optimization: Identifying and realizing potential for improvement in our HR services and advances the standardization of our HR processes. Workshop-Moderation: Organize and run process and interface workshops for the development and optimization of HR processes. Process analysis: Analyze existing processes, calculate business cases, cover bottlenecks and develop continuous improvements. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HR, HR-IT and People Services to understand requirements and develop customized solutions. Process transparency: Create transparency in our HR processes and services and establish clear responsibilities. Digitalization: actively shape digital change and introduce your knowledge to process innovations into our team (cloud, chatbots etc.).

Completed studies (economics, psychology, HR management, etc.) or a comparable qualification. Understanding HR processes and processes.
