Trainee Procurement

In this exciting development phase, the traineeship offers the opportunity to get to know the different facets of the purchase and to develop specific skills from operational procurement to supplier management. Operational day-to-day business support along the entire Source-to-Pay process Maintenance of material and supplier master files and creation of simple evaluations and reports to gain first insights into data-based decision-making in purchasing Participation in supplier support, evaluation and preparation of price and contract negotiations Support for sustainability and compliance topics in purchasing, including CO2 and risk analyses independent processing of small projects on process and master data optimization as well as the introduction of own ideas for further development

Completed studies in the field of economics, industrial engineering, supply chain management or a comparable discipline, alternatively a commercial/technical training with Matura degree and multiannual relevant professional experience Strong interest in purchasing processes and in operational and strategic issues of procurement High readiness for learning, motivation for professional and personal development and joy in knowing different shopping areas. Analytical thinking and affinity for data, evaluations and structured working methods. communication strength, team capacity and safe handling of MS Office; first practical experience in shopping or adjacent areas of advantage
