Werkstudent Digitalisation & IT (m/w/d) Your duties

Assistant to the management of IT & digitization projects, from planning to implementation Analysis and Optimization of Existing Processes: Accompanying the Implementation of Automation and Digitization Concepts Support in the care and relaunch of the company website (Wordpress incl. SEO, WooCommerce, PlugIns) Supporting software projects such as Bitwarden, Hubspot, Personio (Microsoft 365/Teams/Sharepoint/OneDrive) Database maintenance and administration, including data processing (Mailchimp, Zoom for Business, Excel) Research of new KPI dashboard software and the like First-level support for employees: Contact persons for technical questions, troubleshooting and troubleshooting with flexible working hours Supporting interfaces between CRM, further lead management tools & AI

Continuous Study of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration with IT focus or comparable courses Embossed knowledge of the entire MS 365 suite, especially teams and SharePoint Creative approach to process questions: You like to think automation-oriented and are interested in digitalization and AI Fun on search for tools and ways to optimize workflows and evaluate new solutions Joy in project management: You work very structured, can set priorities and communicate with different departments Impressed curiosity, self-responsive working and great passion and solution-oriented knowledge interest You like to learn and want to further develop your team skills.
