-What awaits you:-

· You are working on the commercial opportunity for a particular maximize biosimilar in Europe and future regions.

· You carry out brand and marketing activities to market share protect yourself from the competition.

· You monitor product performance and guide important priorities to to achieve or exceed financial and non-financial objectives.

· You conduct market analyses and identify relevant Segment drivers, growth opportunities, product positioning and Customer segmentation and response.

· You work closely with regional/local commercial leads and GMs together to market changes, customer behavior, Growth barriers, competition, price and refund changes to understand policy measures and market access initiatives.

· You act as a central player for the assigned brand important bodies – e.g. in the S&OP review, in meetings with the Affiliates and in strategy workshops.

· You report to the Global Head Biosimilars.

-Who we are looking for:-

· You have a Bachelor degree, a Master degree is very desirable.

· You have at least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a sound understanding of commercial and market-access-relevant topics.

· You bring pronounced analytical skills and Research competencies.

· You're financially versed.

· You communicate excellently – in writing and oral.

· You have very good collaborative skills and can also motivate and influence them without direct power of instructions.

· You master Business English fluent in word and writing. Other Language skills (e.g. ̄B. Deutsch) are advantageous.
