Strategic and operational management of the EHSQ department with currently 4 employees Advising management in the areas of quality management, environmental management and occupational safety Quality management: Care and further development of the management system according to current and future requirements (EN 9120, ISO 9001 and 14001) Maintenance of system documentation as well as support and advice of specialist departments in the preparation and updating of process documentation Monitoring and implementation of preventive and corrective measures Coordination, implementation and supervision of internal and external audits (customer, certification, supplier audits, internal audits and participation in customer and manufacturer audits) Creation of management review Safety, health and the environment Further development and monitoring of the SHE area Support in the creation of risk assessments

Completed studies in commercial, social science or engineering Additional training for the quality technician or higher Additional training as an internal auditor*in as well as professional experience in carrying out and evaluating audits Good method skills such as FMEA, 5-Why, Ishikawa, 5S... Very good knowledge of EN 9120, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, also as an auditor Ideally, further training in the field of occupational safety, for example as a safety officer or occupational safety management specialist Ideally advanced training and/or knowledge in energy management Experience as leadership and strategic management of a department Good English knowledge of word and writing, as well as good MS Office knowledge Self-responsible and solution-oriented mode of operation Impressed communication competence at all levels
