Responsible project management, planning, organisation and control of the transferred municipal construction and infrastructure measures from project development to project completion Perception of the building function including control and coordination of external architects, specialist planners, engineering offices, experts and executives Preparation and implementation of public procurement procedures, including the preparation and testing of performance directories and construction monitoring and the acceptance of municipal construction measures Responsibility for cost, appointment and quality management of the transferred projects Planning and implementation of new construction, rebuilding, refurbishment and modernization measures at municipal buildings and municipal infrastructure facilities, in particular fire brigades, wastewater treatment plants and other special municipal buildings Participation in budget, investment and funding planning, as well as the preparation of expert opinions and decision-making templates for management and political bodies Cross-disciplinary coordination with authorities, utilities and internal and external project participants Participation in the further development of municipal standards in civil engineering and municipal infrastructure

Successfully completed university studies (Diplom (FH), Bachelor or Master) of the disciplines Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable technical discipline Multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of construction or infrastructure projects, ideally in public administration Knowledge of HOAI as well as public procurement and contract law (VOB, UVgO and VgV) Safe and binding occurrence as well as pronounced communication and organisational capability Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Safe handling of current MS Office applications; Knowledge of AVA or CAD applications is advantageous Class B driving licence
