Commercial clerk: invoicing clerk

Creating, checking and accounting invoices for cleaning services Maintenance and management of contract and accounting data in ERP systems Control and processing of performance certificates and accounting bases Coordination with internal specialist departments and external customers and service providers Processing of complaints and clarification of open items with customers Support for monthly and annual accounts as well as reporting, maintenance and updating of accounting documents

Closed commercial training (e.g. office man/wife, industrial man/wife) or comparable qualification Professional experience in manufacturing, ideally in facility management or service sector Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Navision) and MS Office, especially Excel Understanding accounting procedures and accounting Communication strength in German (at least C1)
