WAS DICH ERWARTET Observation of market companions (horizontal and vertical) and evaluation of battery functions with regard to customer multi-values. Design, development and specification of battery systems that meet the customer requirements of the next generation of electric buses. Definition of new requirements for future battery generation based on current and future aspects of technological progress, including digitization, sustainability/ESG, customer centering and service quality. Optimizations in the HV battery system, development of solutions with cross-functional teams and specification for the next generation of batteries. Coordination and consolidation of derived battery requirements and functions Sales, e-mobility consultants, project management and specialist areas. Planning and coordination of the required test activities on cell, module and/or packaging level and the evaluation of their test results.

DESHALB PASST YOU TO UNS You have successfully completed your studies in electrical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or mechatronics or comparable. You already have several years of experience in the field of development/exploration, HV vehicle technology and/or HV battery. You are able to analyze business and technical relationships and prepare them conceptually. You have good knowledge of German and English. Finally, you draw your attention through your team skills, motivation, communication strength, agility, independent, analytical thinking and acting. You're not bringing everything? No problem!
