As Junior Product Manager (m/w/d) for KI, UX & Automation, you are actively contributing to the digitalization of our InsurTech products at CHECK24 Comparative Portal for Health Insurance GmbH. The position is ideal for you if you want to advance the digital insurance comparison and digitization in a transparent, efficient and user-friendly manner. Our goal: to continuously improve the customer experience in our comparison portal. For this, you play a central role in the further development of our automated customer communication and implementation of new features. You are responsible for AI-based automation initiatives and support in defining new processes. In a modern development environment, you work at the technological tip of artificial intelligence (AI) and actively shape the strategic development of our products. Responsibility for the product development process as well as coordination of the implementation of new features in connection with generic AI / Large Language Models (LLMs) Close cooperation with the management of innovative topics and new features Development of user experience (UX) using AI tools in close cooperation with software developers Analysis of accumulating data, definition of automation potentials and evaluation AI-based solutions for frontend and backend Keep an eye on current best practices, observe trends in artificial intelligence and independently check applicability

You have a well-established study in the field of economics, (economic) computer science or a natural science course, as well as first professional experience in the digital environment (e.g. through internships, student jobs, ideally in product or project management) Embossed analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a high affinity for artificial intelligence and LLMs Experience in programming or implementing AI-based solution approaches is advantageous Confidence with agile functioning as well as the ability to adapt flexibly to new requirements with hands-on mentality German language skills (at least C1 level) in word and writing are a must-have
