Inhouse Consultant SAP Finance & Controlling (FI / CO) (m/w/d) Be part of the VIVAWEST IT application team and work together with experienced colleagues on exciting challenges. Our passion is technical and business topics focusing on SAP® solutions and modern development technologies. Together we work on innovative topics such as the digital rental contract, the customer portal, the AI-controlled contact input, automatic invoice processing or the transformation into the S/4 HANA world. You can not only introduce your expertise, but also shape the IT landscape of tomorrow.

Advice and support of applications in the context of SAP modules Finance and Controlling and real estate business solutions based on SAP ERP with focus on additional costs (even with the opportunity to work into the real estate industry) Development of the existing IT landscape by designing, implementing, customizing and testing solutions Implementation of exciting projects for automatic invoice data processing (RDV) and implementation of legal obligations (e.g. TK-Modernization Act) Close cooperation with internal and external colleagues (including developers, key users) Selection, negotiation and control of external partners Cooperation and takeover of responsibility in the S/4 migration project Participation in the further steps in digitization within VIVAWEST

Complete studies of business management, business informatics or a comparable qualification ideally related to real estate and project management Multiannual professional experience as SAP consultant in the FI/CO module Funded knowledge in the field of SAP FI/CO, in particular in terms of customizing Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP as well as knowledge of the real estate industry and the RE-FX module are a plus point, but no need Openness to challenges and new technologies solution-oriented operation, high level of initiative, responsibility and flexibility Takeover of technical responsibility and (partial) project management Excellent team and communication skills as well as good presentation skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
