Customer advisor, assistive devices & supply management (m/f/d)

You will accompany our external service specialists as well as caregivers with your expertise and help find individual solutions. You organize and coordinate consulting appointments in our branches and make sure that people get the support You need at the right time. You are the first contact person for customers, customers and relatives – by phone and e-mail – and take time for their concerns. Together with your team you provide security and orientation and are professional support for indoor and outdoor services. You work closely with colleagues from branches, care teams, the neurological consulting team and marketing – always with the common goal of providing the best possible care. In cooperation with product management, you bring new products where You really do something: to people.

Training in healthcare, orthopedics or comparable qualifications is helpful, but not decisive. Your attitude is much more important. Experience with reha aids is welcome, but also cross-comers with heart and willingness to learn are right with us. You encounter people with empathy, respect and real interest in their situation. You work independently, organize and actively contribute. You communicate openly, understandably and at eye level. Your empathy helps you to quickly identify needs and tailor your advice individually. You are happy to advise people and show them solutions that make their daily lives easier. Teamwork, trust and mutual support are of course for you. After your introduction, you will become an important trust person for our customers – with expertise, humanity and commitment.
