MSR and building control technology Control and optimisation of performance lists and support in tendering, tender evaluation, price levels and awards Working with the creation and control of schedules Processing of special proposals and supplements Support of the project team on site and monitoring the construction design

A completed study of supply technology, electrical engineering or as (building) engineer (w/m/d) Ideally multiannual professional experience in technical building equipment, preferably in the respective field (mechanics or electrical) Knowledge of construction-specific computer applications, ideally BIM and iTWO as well as LEAN An independent and structured way of working and analytical thinking High commitment, entrepreneurial sense of responsibility and team capacity
