As a team leader (m/w/d) of one of our creditor accounting teams, they take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of up to 5 creditor accountants, report directly to our department manager and, in cooperation with colleagues and other team leaders, ensure a smooth running in creditor accounting.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of creditor accounting. Further development of the team through targeted and individual promotion and development measures. Ensure proper creditor accounts and compliance with corporate regulations. Analysis and optimization of existing processes as well as the development and realization of digitalization and automation potentials.

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on finance and accounting; alternative a commercial training with corresponding further qualification. Multiannual professional experience in accounting / creditor accounting. Experiences with shared service centers are advantageous. Management experience in finance / accounting Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of current MS Office applications; especially Excel Impressed communication and team skills as well as the will to take responsibility and drive things forward A sovereign appearance with very good conceptual and analytical skills and an understanding of digital trends and technologies
