Senior Project Buyer MEP (m/f/d)

Responsibility for project-related procurement of technical services, materials and components in the environment of demanding construction and infrastructure projects Development, implementation and continuous optimization of procurement strategies to ensure economic and timely project execution Control of the entire procurement process from demand determination via supply comparisons to commissioning of suppliers and service providers Guide price, contract and contract negotiations with national and international business partners Building, developing and evaluating sustainable supplier relationships to ensure a powerful supply chain Close cooperation with the areas of project management, technology, costing and construction management as a central contact person for all purchase-relevant topics Analysis of procurement markets and identification of savings and optimization potentials Ensuring compliance with deadline, quality and cost targets within ongoing projects

Successfully completed commercial or technical training, study or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the acquisition of projects and in-depth expertise in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) Detectable experience and pronounced product knowledge in the areas of TGA, fire protection and fastening technology Existing network to manufacturers, suppliers and relevant market participants within the TGA, fire protection and fastening technology industry Outstanding negotiating strength and experience in the design and conclusion of purchasing and supplier contracts High organisational capability and the ability to efficiently and targetedly control complex procurement projects High-communication personality with safe appearance and discussion and negotiation security at all levels Self-employed, structured and result-oriented working methods combined with a high self-initiative Willingness to accompany customers and project locations on site together with internal and external project participants Safe handling of the SAP modules as well as the common MS Office applications Team orientation, enforcement and a high level of responsibility
