In this position, you develop tailor-made solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Finance and thus contribute directly to the modernization of our internal and external business processes. You work closely with disciplines, implementation partners and agile teams and take responsibility for technical concepts, implementation and quality. You analyse requirements, design solutions and implement them on the Microsoft Dynamics-365-Customer Service & Finance platform. You develop extensions, adaptations, and integrations and secure third-party systems. You’ll take part in the entire software life cycle – from requirement analysis to conception and implementation to testing, documentation and rollout. You coordinate service and implementation parts, plan votes and ensure the quality of the services provided. You can independently perform project management tasks such as time, resource and budget planning, risk management and reporting. You work in agile teams and advance the continuous improvement of processes, tools and standards.

You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification in the field of computer science, business informatics, IT or a related field. You bring multi-year experience in the development, adaptation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and/or Finance. You have knowledge of configuration, customizing, power platform and interface development (e.g. Web API, Azure Services). You have experience in controlling external service providers including SLA management and quality assurance. You are familiar with project management – ideally with agile methods and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Confluence. You work structured, solution-oriented, strong communication and appreciate the team's collaboration. You master very good German and good English in word and writing.
