With around 1,000 colleagues worldwide in areas such as consulting, software development, SAP as well as Data Intelligence & AI, we strategically and conceptualize, develop and operate digital end-to-end solutions along the entire value chain. In addition, Management & Technology Consulting is the in-house consulting of the Otto Group. A team of around 50 consultants supports the Group companies and the Otto Group holding in central transformation projects. On behalf of the top management, we are specifically promoting talents to jointly shape the future of the Otto Group.

As a senior in-house consultant, you develop solutions for problems of the holding company or of the group companies together with your project and customer team and accompany them in implementation, depending on the project. Your core tasks include, for example, modeling business cases, preparing decision documents or moderating workshops with top management. You are directly responsible for challenging project modules in close cooperation with the customer team. From the classic Omni-Channel Retailer to platform companies and logistics companies to financial services, the Otto Group is active with its subsidiaries and clients in various industries.

You have a first-class university degree (min. Diplom/Master, MBA or comparable) and have ideally already gained experience abroad during your studies. You bring well-founded professional experience (e.g. as a consultant in a management consultancy, a start-up or in the group environment). You like to work in the team, are creative, can inspire you for new things and bring others. You think and negotiate solution-oriented and are ready to take responsibility. You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills and are highly communicative. You have the desire and passion to move something - also at times in other locations. Your language level: German & English C1.
