Project management “Horizon Europe”: Development, coordination and control of the Gewobag contribution in the project “Horizon Europe: Increasing the recovery rate and decarbonisation” as well as participation and organisation of project-related Jour-fixe appointments. Data and scenario analysis in the portfolio: provision, preparation and analysis of portfolio data for the development and evaluation of various refurbishment and financing scenarios including energy and climate related indicators (energy volumes, emission factors, climate balance). Stakeholder-Gremien & Peer-Exchange: Establishment and support of a local body from housing authorities, financial service providers and industry experts, as well as active participation in Peer-to-Peer exchange rounds for the rehabilitation policy to promote knowledge transfer and networking. Climate Strategy & Investment Projects: Support in Climate Strategy by developing strategic requirements for building modernisation taking into account funding conditions (e.g. BEG, BAFA) as well as participation in investment projects focusing on climate strategy and energy concepts as well as other climate-relevant topics. Reporting, regulation & legal framework conditions: development and further development of company-wide climate strategy reports, participation in CSRD/Taxonomy requirements and sustainability report as well as evaluation of relevant laws and adaptations with a focus on energy and climate-relevant issues. Strategic Business Development & Communication: Support for technical and energy issues in strategic business development and in cooperation with departments and subsidiaries, drafting decision-making templates for management bodies and drafting response proposals for public enquiries (e.g. Senate, Press). Special Tasks & Improving Efficiency: Continuous testing of time and cost-cutting potentials with derivation, coordination and success control of appropriate measures, as well as taking on further position-related tasks, special tasks and projects after the supervisors have been notified.

Education: You have a successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training in the real estate or energy sector, as an alternative a completed technical study in the field of civil engineering or sustainable real estate and energy management. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in the fields of energy management, sustainability and real estate management. Expertise: Real estate-related climate strategies and the creation of energetic quartering concepts are not strange to you. Language knowledge: native language knowledge of German and very good English knowledge in word and writing. Structured mode of operation: Analytical thinking, clear communication and management of processes is one of your strengths.
