Successfully completed studies of business management, real estate management, finance or a comparable discipline Solid professional experience in controlling (ideally in the real-state environment but no must have!) Funded knowledge in the field of real estate codes, assessment and performance control Experience in budget planning, forecasting and financial modeling Communication and presentation strength at management level Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and reporting solutions Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
