Preparation of high-quality, creative cocktails and signature drinks according to the quality standards and philosophy of the MIZU Bar Building and continuous expansion of your expertise around Sake, Japanese spirits and the Japanese bar culture Competent and individual consultation of our guests in the selection of cocktails, Sake specialties and other drinks Creating exceptional moments of enjoyment through attentive, professional and warm guest service Ensuring smooth running in daily bar operation together with the entire team Responsive handling of beverage supplies and support in ordering, storage and goods controls Active participation in the development of new cocktail creations and seasonal beverage cards that reflect the unique concept of the MIZU Bar Close and trusting cooperation with the service and kitchen team to offer our guests a seamless and exceptional experience Designing a modern, inspiring bar culture and active introduction of own ideas to further develop our offer

Ideally, you already have professional experience as a bartender (m/w/d), bearder (m/w/d) or in a comparable position in the upscale gastronomy, hotel industry or challenging bar scene You will delight in high-quality cocktails, excellent drinks and real hospitality and want to give your guests special moments of enjoyment Creativity and passion draw You are delighted to introduce new ideas and create extraordinary cocktail creations With your very good communication skills you create a pleasant atmosphere and quickly build a trusting connection to our guests Team spirit, reliability and a positive attitude are of course for you and make you an estimated member of a dynamic team Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, sachets, wine or other high-quality beverages is of advantage and we are happy to develop You bring a high quality awareness as well as professional and responsible handling of food and beverages Good knowledge of German and/or English facilitate communication with our international guests and the team
