Volunteer Representative and Integration Officer (m/f/d)

Your tasks with us: Voluntary Coordination (50%): Advice and Networking: You are the central point of contact, counselling and coordination for around 30 helpers in the county. Support and network the volunteers and contribute to the motivation of the volunteers. Committee work: You control the committee work in the Volunteer Office (network meetings, councillor of the Volunteers, the Committee and other exchange formats). Event management: You will design and conduct events around the Volunteer Office – from the Volunteer Day to helper conferences to appreciation events. Quality development: You continue to develop standards in the field of volunteers, uniform procedures and develop concepts for training offers.

Integration (50%): Public relations and communication: You create the newsletter integration for all actors of integration work and network it through targeted public relations. Digital presence and networking: You maintain the homepage in the fields of volunteering and integration, support helper circles in their public work and network at the regional level for mutual exchange of experiences.

Take this with you: Training: You have a career examination for the high level of non-technical administration, a degree as an administrative specialist or a comparable qualification. Experience and knowledge: Ideally you bring experience in project and network work. You are safe in handling MS-Office. Your strengths: You are team-ready, organizationally strong and work structured as well as solution- and service-oriented. Also in demanding situations, keep an overview. Mobility and flexibility: You have the car driver's license and are willing to use your vehicle for reimbursement of costs. You are ready for flexible working hours, even in evenings and weekends.
