Training as a specialist in system integration, comparable IT training or first experience in IT support Very good knowledge of the analysis, correction and documentation of errors in operating systems and user programs (Windows, Office 365, Standard Office Programs) Basic knowledge of network technologies, technologies and cloud services Readiness to travel to regional and international locations and project offices Good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English Embossed customer orientation and process-oriented operation
