Our customer, Vistec GmbH, is the German subsidiary of the FIM Medical Group – the world's only provider that covers all three areas of occupational medical screening: seeing, hearing and breathing. Based in Olching, Vistec develops and sells high-quality devices for vision tests, perimetry and psychometric tests “Made in Germany”, which are considered a reference in occupational medicine and screening. As a driving force of change, the company will accompany you in a phase of strategic transformation with a strong international orientation.

Leadership of the sales team (17 people) to establish an active and result-oriented sales culture Further development of sales processes and the introduction of appropriate tools and methods Accompanying the team in the field and building a close customer proximity Active participation in business development through an operating procedure and active shaping of change processes Contribution to the transformation and optimization of Vistec Support for the integration and strengthening of synergies with the French group (requires knowledge of French) Accompanying the further development of the product portfolio and the introduction of new solutions on the German market Participation in the international expansion of sales activities

Commercial training or studies, well-founded experience in a position as a sales manager or in a comparable function Experience in demanding and regulated environments is of advantage (medicine technology, industry, technical products, etc.) You have strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate teams combined with high self-initiative You have a practical hand-on mentality and value direct contact with customers and teams Ideally you bring experience in building and structuring teams as well as in change management with You speak French (at least medium) and English You move safely in an international or German-French environment and understand intercultural relationships.
