As an engineer/ingenieur, the function of a building manager/construction manager and a key user/key user is essentially the following main tasks: Planning of “Simplified Construction Measures” and Construction Projects [Construction Projects only on Individual Grant] according to RBBau Participation in property and construction meetings; Construction requirements documentation commissioning of construction measures and construction projects at the construction administration or external service providers Control of construction measures and construction projects [construction projects only on individual assignment] Determination of planning and construction costs Perception of the interests of the owner and the building function Consultation in the context of the ownership function with regard to costs during subsequent operation Implementation of state-of-the-art and assessments with the software application AiBATROS® Perception of project management in special construction tasks Key user activity for the AiBATROS® technical application: Support for users, 1st-level support in the IT specialist process, implementation of problem solutions Implementation of workshops and training, preparation of data on the training environment Creation and adaptation of training documents and contributions to the manual Developing proposals to improve IT expertise Specialist tester/Fachtester in test management, including new modules/release change

Qualification: Completed university studies (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor) of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Technical Building Equipment, Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering or another comparable technical discipline Competences: Knowledge in public building law (in particular RBBau) and building planning law, in lease and general contract law, in environmental and old load law as well as a good understanding of general economic and structural relationships are desirable Possible practical experience in the maintenance and rehabilitation of real estate Finded user knowledge in the field of IT standard applications, in particular Microsoft Office, and willingness to acquire basic knowledge in layout programs SAP knowledge as well as knowledge in the AiBATROS® and/or the willingness to acquire them is essential Other: Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer- / address-oriented behavior, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Skill for team-oriented action, critique, social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility Willingness to participate in (tlw. multi-day) training/service travel throughout the federal territory driving licence class B/3 and the willingness to conduct motor vehicles independently readiness to verify safety pursuant to Federal Security Review Act (SÜG)
