You are responsible for the planning and monitoring of building maintenance measures (performance phases 1 – 9) as well as for the technical, organisational and economic support of the properties in terms of technical building equipment. This includes, inter alia, the following tasks: Plan and monitor constructional maintenance measures according to the HOAI LP 1 to 9 You process and coordinate building engineering issues in cooperation with our asset management and the regions You develop and implement maintenance plans, arrange maintenance activities and contribute to the maintenance strategy You shall implement measures to eliminate interference in your area of competence

You can present a completed study in the field of facility management, technical building equipment, industrial and utility technology, energy and environmental technology or you have completed a comparable study You also have professional experience in the field of building technology, maintenance or object care You are characterized by your analytical thinking, organisational skills and commitment Communication strength and team spirit complete your profile Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level B2 You are owned by the rating class B
