This is expected Our team supports employees in IT/professional areas in their tasks along the agile software development process (SDLC) through modern development platforms as well as a contemporary tool, tool and process landscape. In this position, you bring your expertise in testing automation and continuously develop our test automation strategy in the SDLC. This includes the selection of suitable automation tools for test stages system tests, system integration tests as well as the user acceptance test automation and load performance test as well as all measures that contribute to increasing the test automation rate. You support our application teams and ensure that test automation is implemented in a targeted manner and thus becomes an integral part of the software development process. You are safely moving between technical and technical requirements and are very familiar with the solution market for test automation tools. A transparent and stakeholder-friendly communication across all levels is your heart as well as the use of feedback. You will also be able to contribute to the methodological development of the control planks for testing automation and in cooperation with the application teams.

This will bring you You convince us with a degree in the field (economic) informatics or with a comparable qualification. Of course you are also welcome with comparable qualifications. You have experience in the planning and execution of tests in the context of software development with focus on agile environments as well as good knowledge of the environment of test automation. You provide a high level of expertise in testing, testing automation and implementation The certification as ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level is of advantage, as well as experience with Cypress, Playwright, UFT and Ready-API. You convince with experience in application design and in the methods of application development and have contributed to the agile implementation of complex IT projects and worked with scaled scrum frameworks. You communicate in writing and orally convincing in our business language German. Good English skills complement your profile.
